Benefits and Mobility Manager
Job description
As Head of Benefits and Mobility, your mission is to ensure the development, optimisation and implementation of mobility and employee benefit policies in order to ensure employee satisfaction and control costs for the company.
On a daily basis :
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the benefits (including the cafeteria plan) and the vehicle fleet, ensure the application of the various benefit-relatedpolicies (car policy, bike policy and GSM policy, among others) and advise employees on mobility and benefits in order to help them make their choices. 🚗
You ensure regular communication and updating of the documentation of mobility policies with employees.
You will design, propose and implement actions to promote the various mobility solutions and to raise employee awareness of sustainable mobility (mobility week, bike test, etc.).
You will act as an advisor and decision-making support by making recommendations to the Management regarding the mobility policy (including in the context of the company's "Planet'UP" CSR policy). 🚴 ♀️
You will actively contribute to ad hoc projects in the field of mobility and fringe benefits, identify and continuously implement improvements in this area as well as ensure competitive and legislative monitoring
You will ensure the commercial relationship with the various suppliers (leasing companies, brands, telephony, Commuty, etc.) and prospect new suppliers in order to enrich the mobility/benefits offer.
You will carry out regular control of expenses and be a source of proposals in order to optimise the costs inherent to the car fleet, mobility and the various benefits.
Profile
You have a minimum of 3 years' professional experience in an equivalent position.
You have a strong interest in mobility (technical knowledge of cars is a plus).
You are able to communicate clearly and concisely and enjoy dialogue with colleagues as well as suppliers. 🤝
You have good organizational skills and are able to manage multiple priorities/contingencies, meet deadlines, and quickly propose solutions to solve problems.
You are a very good team player but are also able to work independently.
You have a good knowledge of the Office suite and you can easily adapt to new IT tools.
You are curious, you like to learn new things and keep up to date with market developments.
