🌱 Mission
Your mission is to facilitate, enable and contribute to the implementation of innovation within Partenamut on the ground. This is based on two objectives: To design the test protocols for the innovative solutions for which you are the project manager and to provide your support to the solution provider to be accompanied in this prototyping phase.
In both cases, an ability to structure and document the approach will be necessary to prepare for the production launch and increase the speed of time to market for innovative solutions.
These solutions will be either digital or other and will be intended to support our members in different areas of prevention but also on other future strategic issues.
👉 Your responsibilities
You are in charge of important operational responsibilities in terms of innovation and you contribute to the culture of innovation within Partenamut;
You will develop and apply the Innovation strategy through the implementation and monitoring of our value creation process;
You are responsible for the quality of the concept tests and prototypes that will be generated through this process
You are able to iterate and/or quickly stop certain testing phases
You will actively participate in the dynamics of a small team of Innovation Project Managers whose mission is to facilitate liaison, cooperation and transversality between departments.
You evangelize teams from other departments as well as agents in order to explain the concept of innovation, its culture and the projects related to it;
You work in complete co-construction with the other employees to carry out your projects or support them in their innovation processes;
You identify new techniques and methods of innovation/design thinking according to the needs of the market/customer;
Profile
You have the mindset of a solution-oriented MAKER
You are in possession of a University degree (Master's degree or equivalent); 🎓
You have at least 5 years of experience in innovation and/or product management in a context of change and digital transformation;
You have excellent interpersonal skills, whether with colleagues or partners ;
You have experience in the management of innovation projects, transversal and complex ;
You want to be actively involved in the field of health;
You master the field of prevention ;
You have a mastery of new technologies (LLM, Agentic AI, Low Cod, etc.);
You are able to inspire and convince individuals who are not used to working in innovation and collaborating with them ;
You are able to manage complex stakeholdering very actively;
You are open, direct, honest and enthusiastic ; 🤩
You communicate optimally in French, Dutch and English.
