Data Warehouse Engineer
Job description
As a Data Warehouse Engineer in the DAnA (Data Analytics and Automation) department, you will integrate, centralize and serve data to all Partenamut departments.
💻✨ Daily :
You work closely with Data Translators and Data Scientists to answer Business needs by developing data pipelines and ETLs.
You create and manage conceptual, logical, and physical data models using internal practices for generation, creation and naming standards.
You manage and optimize core data infrastructure.
You work on implementing complex and large scale Big Data projects as well as building and maintaining custom and/or template based data pipelines.
You support data team resources with design and performance optimization.
You document data models and code.
Profile
You have a Master in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field or equivalent by experience. 🎓
You have 5+ years hands on experience in the area of Enterprise Intelligence (e.g. Data Warehousing, Data Management, Data Manipulation, Business Intelligence, Analytics, Big Data ecosystem).
You must have hands-on experience with Data Modelling (Data Vault, Star Schemas, Snowflake schemas, etc.), with the ability to understand business requirements and translate those into proper data base modeling.
You have experience with SQL-like data manipulation is a must. As well as experience with big data and NoSQL technologies.
You have ideally experience with cloud technologies such as AWS Redshift, StepFunctions, RDS, AWS Batch, AWS Lambda, EC2...
You are familiar with traditional ETL solutions.
You have experience with Python coding skills (nice to have).
You are fluent in French and/or English (verbal & written).
