Job description
As a Talent Acquisition Intern within the Human Resources Department team, you will provide support to the team in order to find the best talent for our company. ✨
On a daily basis:
You screen CVs.
You make corrections to job descriptions.
You actively participate in interviews for mass functions.
You will ensure the administrative follow-up of recruitments from A to Z.
You manage the sending of tests to candidates and classify the results in our system.
You will monitor our recruitment platform Talent'up.
You participate in team and alignment meetings.
You support the team in certain tasks of the HR Squad (writing/updating certain processes, annual road show , jobday, jobfairs).
Profile
You are currently studying for a Bachelor's degree or a Master's degree in HR/Management. 🎓
You are autonomous, flexible and you learn quickly.
You have good communication skills (oral and written).
You are resistant to stress and adapt easily to a changing environment.
You want to join a team of recruitment experts.
You are fluent in French and have a good level of English.
