Job description

As a UX/UI Designer, you will join a UX team that has been in place for 4 years, composed of 2 UX Researchers, 2 UX Designers and 1 UX/UI Designer, under the supervision of a Team Lead. You play a key role in the evolution of Partenamut's digital platforms by designing innovative and intuitive interfaces, developing a robust design system, and enriching the user experience through micro-interactions. You will also participate in strategic projects with a focus on ethical, sustainable, and customizable design through emerging technologies such as AI.

💻✨ On a daily basis:

User Research and UX/UI Design:

You identify and integrate user needs through research methods (tests, interviews, etc.).
You design and prototype interfaces in line with user needs, business, and visual identity.
You ensure ergonomics and accessibility in accordance with standards (GDPR, WCAG).

Design system and UI:

You maintain a consistent system design to ensure the quality of the interfaces and ensure graphic consistency across all channels and media.

Cross-functional collaboration:

You will work with marketing profiles, data analysts, business process analysts, communication managers and channel owners and collaborate with the technical teams for a faithful implementation of the designs.

Innovation and monitoring:

You propose emerging solutions such as conversational design and sustainable approaches.
You will ensure a constant watch to stay at the forefront of UX/UI trends.

Profile

You have a higher education degree (bachelor's or master's degree) as well as relevant experience in a similar position and you can demonstrate this to us via a portfolio linked to your application.
You are proficient in Figma and are familiar with design tools (Adobe suite, etc.).
You have an in-depth knowledge of the principles of accessibility and responsive design.
You understand the graphic impacts on SEO.
You use AI on a daily basis because it is an integral part of your professional habits.
Experience in mobile application design is a plus.
You are fluent in French and have a good level of English and/or Dutch.
You are customer-oriented, have a great ability to analyze and question, hence your ability to accept and integrate constructive feedback. Also, you are curious and problem solver and you like to work alone as well as in a team.
