Multimedia Graphic Designer Assistant (3 to 6 months)

Under the supervision of the graphic designer and the communication manager, you will participate in the following missions:

💻 DIGITAL COMMUNICATION MEDIA: 

• Creation of visuals for our social networks: Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok;

• Layout of web banners and newsletters;

• Website management via WordPress;

• Creation of illustrations (if competent) for programs and websites;

📄 PRINT COMMUNICATION MATERIALS: 

• Creation of documents (posters, flyers, brochures, programs);

• Search for quotes and orders for communication and merchandising materials;

📣 ON-SITE COMMUNICATION: 

• Creation and assembly of event signage (tarpaulins, panels, merchandising objects, etc.);

• Participation in prototyping in FabLab;

📹 VIDEO: 

• Production of video content (commercials, interviews, content for social networks)

The internship begins in February 2025 for a period of 4 to 6 months. It is also possible to apply for another period of the year.

Our offices are located in Brussels, in the Transforma Bxl co-working space.

• Studies in graphic design (Bachelor or Master); 🎓

• Previous experience in a non-profit organisation, internship or volunteering is appreciated;

• Proficiency in Adobe tools (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere; After Effects is a plus);

• Good organization and ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time;

• Ability to work in a team is essential, but also independently;

• Flexible schedules in the run-up to events (including evenings and some weekends);

• Affinity with event organization and/or the music/street arts sector;

• B license is an asset 🚗
