Digital Marketing Intern (3 months minimum)

We are looking for a talented intern to join our growing team and support us in our approach. This is an exciting opportunity to learn digital marketing: optimizing the company's message to increase brand awareness and improve customer acquisition across multiple channels. You will have the opportunity to understand STEP's activities and participate in our growth by being one of the first employees.

What you'll do:

• Develop effective digital marketing campaigns for the launch of new products and services;

• Develop a marketing strategy to convey a strong message to customers;

• Manage the company's social media channels (Facebook & Instagram) to promote the company's products and services;

• Contribute to the preparation of content for social media, as well as press releases;

• Monitor the business performance of advertising campaigns and continuously iterate to achieve better results;

• To be the ambassador of STEP for our first customers.

• Fluency in English (mandatory) and ideally French or Dutch;

• Basic knowledge of key marketing concepts (SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, CAC, CLTV);

• Professional, outgoing and energetic personality with excellent interpersonal skills;

• You know how to plan, create and implement a marketing strategy;

• You are passionate about our company's mission and its impact on the cities in which we operate;

• You are able to work independently and take initiative;

• You are a team player and no task is too much or too little meaningful to you.
