All the user has to do is indicate their mechanical problem, make an appointment with an expert from the repair team and Cyclecure will take care of the rest! Mechanics go directly to the customer's home or workplace to repair their electrical appliance on site.

Four values guide Cyclecure's day-to-day work: Transparency, Quality, Convenience and Experience. First of all, they comply with a requirement of transparency: all prices are indicated in advance to the customer to avoid unpleasant surprises. Practicality is just as important to them. For the comfort of its users, Cyclecure undertakes to come and repair the devices in Brussels and its surroundings or to return the two-wheeler the next day at the latest. With more than a hundred repairs on various brands of e-scooters, the company guarantees its customers to always meet its concern for quality. Finally, Cyclecure has 60,000 days of activity under its belt and can thus put its experience at the service of the customer.

Cyclecure already holds several awards and distinctions. The start-up is the winner of the "Innovative Starters Awards from Vlaio" held in 2022.

Wine tasting, Christmas party, gin night, Mexican dinner... Cyclecure members have no shortage of ideas for fun and teamwork. The 9 employees also meet every 2 weeks for a team moment around a drink and a wide choice of food, fruit, snacks and drinks.

Fun fact: The Cyclecure team is made up of 6 different nationalities! Indeed, Cyclecure makes it a point of honor to create international diversity by ensuring that the team does not consist of a single culture but a mix of several of them.

Our commitments to a sustainable world

Cyclecure promotes modes of transport that are much more environmentally friendly than the car... By taking care of the after-sales repair and maintenance of two-wheelers, the Cyclecure team contributes to the reduction of electronic and general waste. They do this by reusing old components, in compliance with recycling processes. One of the highlights for Cyclecure was the acquisition of a fleet of second-hand electric scooters from 8 different countries, renovated and resold for 500,000 euros.

The company also acts at the social level. Their impact lies, for example, in the recruitment and training of people facing difficulties in the labour market. In this way, they become expert mechanics and acquire knowledge that will be useful to them.

Cyclecure is not short of ingenuity to make a difference as an organization. One of their recent innovations, the GlobeTrotter, allows you to tow a wheelchair via an electric scooter. This creation allowed them to win the Lépine competition, a famous invention competition.
