Job description

How do you get Brussels moving?

You work in the Digital Customer Experience team and you are the right hand of the team manager to improve the digital customer experience of STIB.

You will collaborate with the other departments within the Sales/Marketing/Network division, the IT, Strategy and Legal department. You will be responsible for external contacts related to the position.

As a Digital Advisor, you initiate and ensure the coordination and monitoring of digital projects (website, mobile application, Open Data) with a view to increasing customer satisfaction, loyalty and recruitment.

What will your daily life consist of?

  • In close collaboration with the IT department, you improve customer satisfaction and experience and drive sales and recruitment through the various digital channels.

  • You represent the Digital Customer Experience department vis-à-vis internal and external partners in terms of new technologies and digital experiences.

  • You support product owners and operational teams in the analysis of needs and the resolution of incidents concerning our digital channels (e.g. bug in the app, data problem in open data, etc.).

  • You will produce summary notes on tools/projects/issues related to our digital ecosystem.

  • You conduct end-to-end UX user research.

  • You manage open data customer feedback and play the role of first-line support in case of problems in open data.

  • You will participate in the development of the Marketing and SMN OGSM strategy.

  • You initiate cross-functional projects related to the digital customer experience, ensuring that you obtain the best ratio of "value delivered by the customer" vs. "cost".

  • You will monitor the implementation of strategic digital projects by ensuring that you obtain the best ratio of "value delivered by the customer" vs. "cost".

  • You create a consensus and a common understanding of the challenges and difficulties of the project between the implementation teams and the managerial teams (project manager, sponsor).

  • You will carry out a permanent digital watch for the department.

Profile

  • You detect opportunities to steer the business through a "digital first" approach.

  • You are fascinated by the digital world in all its forms and are able to inspire others. You are able to develop a vision and make it happen.

  • You communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.

  • You have an ability to analyze complex systems and ecosystems and have an in-depth knowledge of UX Research and Design methodologies.

  • You have good stakeholder management (active listening, presentation, feedback,...).

  • You are proficient in the SCRUM (Product Owner) methodology and have an affinity for technologies related to the "digital" world: web and mobile technologies, APIs and SDKs, cookie management platform, tag manager, CRM,...

  • Your customer focus is real: empathy and translating problems into solution proposals.
