How do you get Brussels moving?
As a Reorientation Manager (on a replacement contract), you are part of the STIB Recruitment & Selection team. You report to the Recruitment Manager and your place of work is the STIB site in Haren.
What will your daily life consist of?
You will assist colleagues in the Temporary Reorientation which aims to reassign people who are unable to work (in their current role) to temporary assignments.
You manage temporary employment requests and you are in contact with the hiring managers/business.
You will ensure administrative follow-up and management in SAP.
You will organise the entry into service: establishment of reintegration plans, annexes to the contract, invitation, reception of candidates, etc.
You will coordinate and participate in the follow-up of employees in the reintegration process.
You will take care of skills assessments.
Profile
You have a higher degree and a first relevant experience in administrative management or in the coordination of activities related to recruitment or reintegration.
You have a good knowledge of office computer tools. A "user" knowledge of SAP HR is an asset.
You ideally have a good knowledge of both national languages (written and oral).
Your personal qualities: rigor, patience, team spirit, autonomy, ease of learning, discretion and diplomacy, flexibility, good organizational skills.
