You work in the Transport Systems – Rolling Stock division for the Technical Engineering & Quality department and report to the Quality Manager.
Rolling Stock's activities are:
Maintenance of Trams, Buses and Special Vehicles;
Projects for the acquisition of new vehicles.
As a Quality & Performance Technician, you develop and deploy a Quality culture through support, analysis and monitoring. You will be in charge of monitoring, monitoring and improving the quality of maintenance operations carried out within Rolling Stock.
What will your daily life consist of?
You will define, develop, automate, improve and challenge the KPIs of the Rolling Stock division. You deploy and implement these KPIs at all levels.
You will develop an innovative strategy for monitoring and supporting the various brigades.
You carry out and follow up on quality audits of the various brigades and departments of Rolling Stock.
You analyze the sources of non-conformities and highlight the root causes using Lean tools.
You propose corrective/preventive actions to resolve these non-conformities and you manage operational quality improvement projects.
You will put in place the means to monitor and communicate non-conformities and customer feedback.
You are an essential element in building a dynamic, efficiency-oriented and results-oriented quality culture.
You develop and carry this culture of quality in the various teams.
Profile
Your degree : You have a Bachelor's degree with a focus on mechanics or electricity and/or equivalent by experience. Your experience: You have extensive experience in quality management
Your technical knowledge : You master the requirements and tools of the quality system (ISO 9001, problem-solving tools, Lean principles, etc.)
Your computer knowledge : You have a good command of MS Office. Knowledge of SAP is a plus. You adapt easily to new IT tools.
Your language skills : Ideally, you have a working knowledge of the second national language
Your personal qualities : You demonstrate autonomy in your activities and are result-oriented. You are creative and your communication skills allow you to convince your interlocutors. Your critical sense allows you to challenge the situations you may encounter. You are responsible and know how to structure your work with a spirit of synthesis.
