👥 Team management & recruitment

  • Coaching: support and guide each team member individually in their professional development.

  • Recruitment: spot and recruit new talents to strengthen the team. You’ll recruit your very own dream team!

  • HR management: handle schedules, contracts, and the onboarding of new team members.

  • Team building: organize events to strengthen team spirit and celebrate progress together.

📈 Managing a store section

  • Entrepreneurial spirit: as the manager of a store section, you’ll run your area like a true entrepreneur.

  • Inventory and stock management: oversee daily orders with your team, manage stocks, organize and set up your section, train team members, and handle supplier relationships.

  • Analysis and optimization: love analyzing numbers and taking action to boost your section’s sales. You’re proactive, unafraid to experiment, innovate, or make mistakes.

  • Strategic decisions: contribute to day-to-day team decisions to elevate the store to its best level.

🏋️ Field work

  • Active presence in the store : be a dynamic and engaged seller, working side by side with the team.

  • Hands-on action: dive into varied tasks like helping customers at checkout, refilling cashews in bulk, building impressive carrot displays, or serving cheese at the counter.

  • Team training: provide continuous training for your team, offering constructive feedback. Motivate your team by encouraging initiative-taking.

  • Customer satisfaction: enhance the in-store customer experience and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
