Job description
BON is a growing company with 11 points of sale of healthy, gourmet and refined ready-to-eat products. For one of our Brussels stores, we are looking for a Shop Manager. A position full of responsibilities.
As a Shop Manager, you are responsible for the operational and administrative management of your point of sale.
You are in charge of leading your team to achieve the set objectives.
You ensure that the criteria for quality of service, sales, maintenance and productivity are met.
Your responsibilities will include:
You are an example for your team and you are the reference on how the point of sale works.
It is your responsibility to keep your team highly motivated, organized and mobilized on clear objectives.
You ensure the development of your team in order to be able to make it evolve and make it autonomous.
You will make your employees aware of the importance of offering quality products and a pleasant environment (cleanliness, atmosphere,....).
Together with your team, you make sure to offer your customers impeccable service.
You ensure the achievement of business objectives, in particular by building customer loyalty.
You propose and implement action plans to develop side sales.
You analyze and comment on your dashboards every week in order to stay on track with your turnover and productivity objectives.
You maintain adequate stock levels (no stock-outs, sufficient turnover, management of expiry dates).
Profile
You have a minimum of 5 years' experience in a restaurant management position.
You are a person in the field.
Your dynamism, your leadership, your ability to federate make you an excellent manager.
You are thorough, organized and positive.
You have great interpersonal skills and excellent communication.
You have great analytical skills, an ease with numbers and performance indicators.
Quality of service and customer satisfaction are your priorities.
