Restaurant Manager
Job description
In addition to our beers brewed on site, the restaurant offers natural wines and psychedelic cocktails, as well as creative cuisine in food sharing mode with lots of local and delicious ingredients.
We are looking for a Dining Room Manager whose missions will be as follows:
Welcoming customers and providing them with an unforgettable experience
Wait-and-greet service and order taking
Manage team schedules
Application of SOPs, optimization of service and coaching of the room team
Ensure excellent collaboration between the Kitchen, Bar and Dining Rooms teams
Ensuring optimal service and care according to our vision (up to 200 covers per evening)
Ensure cleanliness in the facility and compliance with standards
Profile
Minimum 1 year of experience in a major restaurant
Big big Smile! Lots of energy and proactivity
Passion for good products
Want to work in a festive atmosphere
French or Dutch and English
Be available in the evenings on weekends
