The Café Lutgarde located in Ixelles is looking for its future Manager!

This place is a real showcase of our brewery where we offer our house beers and a splendid list of Brussels craft beers. 🍻

It is also a place where many events are organized such as the broadcasting of sports matches, exhibitions, birthdays,...

👉 Job description:

As a Bar Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the café bar. Your main missions include:

Customer relations: Good salesman you will be; Ensure an exceptional customer experience by meeting customer needs and expectations with professionalism and courtesy.

Supervision of operations: Manage the day-to-day operations of the bar, including opening and closing, inventory, and ordering supplies. 📝
Team management: Train, mentor and motivate a team of bartenders and servers to ensure exceptional customer service.
Event Management: Organize and coordinate special events, theme nights and collaborations with other establishments. 🎉
Compliance with standards: Ensure that all hygiene, safety and legislative standards are met.

Profile

Entrepreneurial spirit; commercial - understanding how to attract our target customers
Rigorous, organized, autonomous, responsive and flexible ; (evenings and weekends);
Able to work under pressure during busy periods;
Mixology skills: In-depth knowledge of cocktails, mixology techniques and current trends. 🍹
Leadership: Ability to manage and motivate a team, with excellent communication skills.
Organization: Organizational skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
Available at least 28 hours per week ⏰
Languages: Fluency in French and English; Knowledge of Dutch is a plus.
