Job description
Brasserie Surréaliste is a young micro-brewery founded by two brothers in 2021. On a green square in the centre of Brussels, the Surrealist project combines brewing production and a place to live with its restaurant, bar and beer shop.
In addition to our beers brewed on site, the bar offers a sharp selection of local and foreign beers, natural wines and high-flying cocktails. The restaurant is open in the evening from Wednesday to Saturday and offers bistronomic and convivial cuisine.

We are looking for students to help with the service in the dining room
Missions:
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
Ensure the sending of dishes and runs in the dining room
Setting up and closing the service
Keeping equipment and space clean and organized
Profile
Horeca experience desired (but not mandatory)
Welcoming, smiling and caring
Knowledge of craft beer and/or wines
Be available in the evenings and/or weekends
Languages: French, and ideally English and/or Dutch.
