Job description

We are now looking for a Senior Sustainable Finance Consultant to join us in developing our activities.

💼✨ Your main mission is to:

Supporting our clients in driving ESG integration, value creation, and impact performance improvements across portfolio companies,
Demonstrate knowledge in Sustainable Finance
Provide expert guidance on strategic ESG-related matters leveraging our global pool of subject matter experts,
Drive innovation and growth within a dynamic team,
Support the development and delivery of our client’s post-investment portfolio company ESG program, working alongside our clients’ ESG, investment, operating teams, and portfolio company management teams,
Work with our clients to design and execute post-investment value creation plans and work with client teams to ensure completion of objectives in the context of their broader portfolio and firm-level ESG goals and internal ESG operating capabilities,
Provide insights, guidance and support to clients and portfolio company management on how to integrate ESG and impact into broader business practices and business models to ensure long-term sustainable business value creation,
Develop repeatable processes, frameworks, toolkits, assessment scorecards and other materials for our clients and support their deployment across investment portfolios,
Ensure ESG interventions and reporting are completed for our clients’ portfolio companies, in line with how our clients work with advisors in a post-investment value creation context,
Support Clients in ESG Reporting in Compliance with CSRD or SFDR,
Support ESG and impact due diligence on key ESG & impact drivers to increase value and reduce risks and provide recommendations for post-investment value creation initiatives.

Deliver best in class services to meet our clients demands,
Work on a wide range of strategic and operational engagements for private market investors and their portfolio companies. Our work includes portfolio company onboarding, value creation identification and planning, green growth strategy, decarbonization planning & target setting, sustainable supply chain & procurement advisory, product life cycle assessments, human rights advisory, human capital consulting, sustainability claims and certification support, and exit readiness.

Profile

Demonstrate knowledge of regulatory frameworks and factors, including SFDR, CSRD-ESRS & VSME, TCFD, SASB,
Demonstrate an ability to identify and manage business and operational risks from project design to delivery,
Ensure customer satisfaction through project communication and engagement, quality of product deliverables, translation of complex technical topics into business opinions and potential opportunities,
Have leadership skills focused on engagement, decision-making, and execution,
Have prior experience with aspects of climate change, including GHG assessments, science-based targets, net-zero strategy, and decarbonization roadmaps, is desirable but not required,
Wish to commit to being involved in the execution of deliverables with the team,
Have an entrepreneurial spirit and the desire to participate in the development of a company with a strong social, societal and environmental impact. 🌱
