Job description
As part of the development of the Domaine des Possibles third place, we are actively looking for a Chef for our Restaurant, where we offer creative and gourmet cuisine featuring local and seasonal products. 🥗
👉 Your missions:
Ensure the preparation and dispatch of dishes in complete autonomy 🍴
Guaranteeing the quality and regularity of the dishes served
Optimize cost management and minimize losses
Collaborate with the team, provide support in the gym and in the dishwasher
Comply with HACCP standards
Be creative to limit food 🌱 waste
Profile
Degree in cooking/catering or confirmed experience
Sense of organization, versatility
Good stress management, responsiveness and creativity ✨
Knowledge of HACCP standards
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

6-month fixed-term contract with longer-term prospects

📆 Schedule:
Full-time (38 hours/week)
Continuous service mainly in the evenings from Wednesday to Sunday
