Get ready to dive into the exciting world of Supply Chain at Drink a Flower and contribute directly to the growth of our start-up! 🚀

Here is an overview of your different tasks as a Supply Chain & Operations Hero alongside Maximilian:

Day-to-day management of supply chain operations :
- Physical organization of stock and transfers
- Sourcing raw materials for production
- Management of the Odoo ERP for order preparation, inventory and invoicing management
Contribute to the optimization of logistics processes and drafting of documents related to the function
Analysis and reporting of sales, accounting costs and financial reporting
Collaborate with suppliers, logistics providers, and business partners to ensure smooth and efficient 🌿 logistics
Participate in the management and delivery of customer orders and the resolution of logistical problems encountered

Profile

We need a superstar to join our team! 🤘

Fluency in English (spoken and written) and French (Dutch is a plus)
If you're already familiar with Odoo, that's a plus!
You are dynamic and autonomous, you are not afraid to take initiatives !
You're not afraid of numbers 🤝
You are motivated and a team player
You have a sense of service and are oriented towards customer satisfaction
You hold a B license (and ideally motorized) 🚗
