Environmental impact calculation (4 to 6 months)

You will be responsible for collecting data and calculating the company's impact. 🌱 Accompanied by Jérémie, the next part of the mission will be to communicate on these results.

This impact calculation will include, among other things:

• Waste generated and avoided

• Km by bike VS km by van 🚚

• Origin of our ingredients and calculation of distances travelled

• Comparison with a classic lunch

• Overall 🌍 corporate carbon footprint

You will collect, formalize, organize all this data in order to make it a product that can be communicated to the outside world.

And because there is nothing better to realize our carbon impact than by going into the field:

• 1.5 days a week you will help with the daily and operational tasks of the company, such as serving or managing an event, helping in the kitchen, managing events in our event room, helping with logistics. This way, you will be able to see our environmental impact directly on the ground
