Internship - Food Biker (6 months)

Created by our idol Freddy Merckx, a Food Bike is like a Food Truck, but on a bike! 🚴‍♀️
We already bought the bike last year and did about ten events before putting the project in the fridge: your role will be to relaunch it and keep it running all summer ☀️ long

💪 Your missions will be :

• Finalize the business plan

• Plan production and purchasing

• Sell the Food Bike (music festivals, private events, ... everything is possible)

• Manage the operational and go on site or recruit a team to replace you

🕓 Time allocation

At Freddy, it is essential that everyone participates in the project by getting their hands dirty and fully invested in the concrete activities of the project.

Your missions will therefore be a sweet mix  of office and field work, from A to Z: supplier selection, production organization, margin calculation, sales, communication, kitchen preparation, staff planning, cycling, cooking, selling to end customers, smile.

HARD SKILLS 💪

• Be a student or graduate of a course in the field of sales, management OR hotel management OR event management OR have experience in project management OR be really very motivated

• Speak English and/or Dutch

• Knowing how to ride a bike

• Having a B license is a +

• Autonomous

• Organized
