 👉 Mission

The Prevention Advisor is responsible for :

  • Ensuring compliance with legal provisions relating to safety and well-being

  • Supporting the implementation of an occupational risk management policy

  • Supervise prevention activities and assist decision-making bodies.

 📝 Key Responsibilities

As part of the dynamic risk management system, the CPI will be responsible for :

  • Risk analysis : Identification of hazards and risks, participation in the definition and implementation of prevention plans.

  • Accident/incident studies : Analysis of the causes of accidents or occupational diseases.

  • Prevention of physical and psychosocial risks : Study of workload, working conditions and psychosocial factors.

  • Improvement of workplaces : Opinions on equipment (individual and collective), hygiene, organisation, environmental factors and fire prevention.

  • Training and awareness : Propose reception, information and training plans adapted to workers and to the evolution of jobs and technology.

  • Emergency management : Development of procedures in the event of serious and immediate danger, organization of first aid and fire alert exercises.

  • Participation in social dialogue : Provide the secretariat and actively contribute to the meetings of the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPT) and collaborate with the external service for effective and coherent prevention.

  • Collaboration with the external prevention service (SEPPT): Participate in field visits, analyze accidents and occupational diseases, and contribute to the implementation of prevention measures. Raise awareness among workers and ensure the coordination of information with the SEPPT. Work in collaboration with the external service to implement the preventive measures resulting from the risk analysis, providing advice on the communication, reception, information, training and awareness-raising of workers, as well as on the drafting of instructions for them

  • Collaboration with the hierarchical line: Advise the management and the CPPW on any project, measure or device envisaged that may impact, directly or indirectly, the well-being of workers, in the short or long term. Remain available to management, managers and employees to answer their questions about the application of the law and implementing decrees, and, if necessary, seek the opinion of the external service.

The position of CPI also includes:

  • Drafting and adaptation of the overall prevention plan and the annual action plan in collaboration with the hierarchical line

  • Visits to workplaces and workplaces in connection with risk analysis

  • Analysis and/or investigation of occupational accidents and ways to improve well-being (carry out or commission ad hoc analyses and controls)

  • Validate the equipment and tools made available to workers (3 green lights)

  • Ensuring the drafting of reports and documents prescribed by law

  • Ensure legislative monitoring of well-being at work

Profile

  • Prevention Advisor Level 2 🎓 Diploma

  • Minimum 3 years of experience

  • Mastery of legislation and regulations on well-being at work

  • Ability to analyze and interpret occupational hazards

  • Communication skills to raise awareness and train 📣

  • Emergency management and implementation of rapid solutions

  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, good organization and a collaborative approach

  • Structured and project management-oriented approach

  • Ability to produce accurate quantitative and qualitative balances

  • A desire to learn and share your knowledge

  • A true passion for workplace well-being and safety

  • The desire to contribute to a solidarity and human  project

  • The B 🚗 licence
