Lileo (www.lileo.com) is a Brussels-based startup with a mission: to offer moms more freedom and serenity thanks to our new generation breast pump rental service and its connected application. ✨ Our rental model introduces exciting challenges in logistics, product returns, re-manufacturing and repairs. 🚀 Your missions

As a Manufacturing and Process Engineer, you will be responsible for:

Set up and manage production processes for Lileo's connected breast pump and accessories.
Research and negotiate with suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and scalability.
Oversee inventory management, parts orders, and supplier relationships.
Develop assembly workflows and implement quality control standards.
Design circular logistics systems for product returns, inspections, repairs, and remanufacturing.
Create efficient repair and refurbishment processes to ensure product reliability for subsequent users.
Collaborate with the Hardware, Design and Marketing teams to align production with the product vision and market objectives.
Monitor production performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards.

🤩 Your success

Setting up and overseeing scalable production systems for Lileo's breast pump solution.
Create a supply chain and production system capable of assembling 100+ units per month.
Develop a circular logistics and repair system to increase from 20 to 4,000+ rented units.
Partnering with reliable suppliers and ensuring on-time deliveries with quality components.
Establish robust standards of quality control, ensuring defect-free products.

Profile

🎓 Your background:

Master's degree in engineering, supply chain or related field, or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in setting up or managing production and operations processes, ideally in a startup or small-scale environment.
Knowledge of supplier management, quality assurance and circular logistics.
Fluency in English.
