Our sweets, entirely natural and made with passion by our team of craftsmen in our Brussels workshops, are a real feast for the senses!

Our pride? The Speculoos! Voted the best speculoos in the world by the people of Brussels, it brings joy and satisfaction to young and old alike. But that's not all: we also offer a multitude of irresistible sweets, from crunchy to crispy, cakes and frangipanes. There is something for every foodie, whatever the occasion!

We are currently looking for sales ambassadors in Nivelles to strengthen our teams during the festive period of the end of the year ! 🎅

As a sales ambassador, you'll be instrumental in creating an unforgettable customer experience. You will be the face of La Maison Dandoy, sharing our passion for our products and guiding our customers through our selection of sweets. With the holidays approaching, your mission will be to highlight our flagship products and ensure a warm and attentive service, while contributing to a festive and friendly atmosphere in our stores.

🤝 What we expect from you:

As a sales ambassador in our stores, you will be at the heart of the customer experience. Your main missions will include:

• Welcome and advise : Be the first point of contact for our customers, with your smile and enthusiasm to guide them in their choice from our delicious range of biscuits.

• Promote our products and brand : Share your passion for our specialties, such as Speculoos, and highlight our new and classic products to drive sales. You will also pass on the history of La Maison Dandoy, highlighting our heritage, our artisanal know-how and the assets that make our brand a symbol of quality and tradition (Local, Artisanal, Organic, Family, B-corp).

• Ensure fast and accurate service: Manage orders efficiently to provide a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

• Ensure quality : Ensure that all products meet our quality standards, ensuring their freshness and attractive presentation.

• Manage inventory : Participate in inventory management by adhering to FIFO procedures and minimizing losses.

• Maintain a clean work environment.

We are looking for passionate and dynamic individuals with the following qualities:

• Customer service sense: You enjoy interacting with people and want to provide them with a memorable experience. ✨

• Team player: Comfortable working collaboratively with your colleagues, while following the instructions of your store manager and retail manager.

• Passion for products : An affinity for gastronomy and a curiosity for our delicious creations are essential.

• Autonomy and organizational skills: Able to manage your time effectively while maintaining high standards in your work. You are also comfortable with computers.

• Flexibility : Ready to adapt to the needs of the store, with variable hours and availability on weekends.

• Languages : Fluency in French and English (ability to make sales). Other languages are a plus.

• Careful presentation: Particular care taken with your appearance.
