Job description
At Maison Dandoy, the events student plays a key role in the organization and management of activities. He ensures the logistical set-up, and ensures the smooth running of events. Autonomous and dynamic, he works alone or in a team, following the instructions and respecting cleanliness and hygiene standards.
Maison Dandoy is looking to build a small pool of students available mainly on weekends for our various events throughout the year, with our food truck. 🚚✨
The main missions :
Setting up and installing equipment and products at the event (mainly in our food truck).
Greet customers, take orders and manage collections.
Prepare and serve the products (waffles and/or ice cream and/or biscuits).
Comply with health and safety standards.
Participate in the good presentation of Maison Dandoy (clean workspace, no damaged products...).
Cleaning and storage of equipment and products at the end of the event.
Comply with HACCP rules and the procedures put in place (cleaning and disinfection, pest control plan, maintenance of the cold chain, waste management, traceability methods and mandatory notification).
Ensure the proper management of collections
Event dates are always communicated in advance.
This position requires flexibility, a sense of service, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. It embodies and spreads Dandoy's values: commitment, excellence, and team spirit.

Be able to work in a team.
Fluency in English, Dutch is a plus.
Experiment
A first experience in catering or sales is a plus but not mandatory.
