Job description

As a logistics manager, you are a key link in the smooth running of a company that has to manage a large number of goods or information flows. You optimize exchanges and ensure that the company's distribution chain is as efficient as possible.

👉 Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate, control the logistical operations of reception, shipping, delivery.

  • Organize the flow of information between different departments

  • Manage supply and relay packaging information to carriers

  • Follow up on orders from suppliers.

  • Ensure that delivery deadlines are respected . 📆

  • Implement the logistics performance policy

  • Control and reduce costs.

  • Implement and monitor logistics performance indicators, deal with any anomalies or malfunctions. 📊

  • Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.

  • Establish, track and guarantee delivery 👌 quality objectives

  • Participate in the development and feeding of the strategic flow management project in conjunction with his/her hierarchy.

Profile

  • Significant experience in logistics management

  • Experience in team management and coordination of logistics projects.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Team spirit and ability to motivate employees. 🙏

  • Written and oral communication skills

  • Fluency in French and Dutch/English is a plus

  • Meticulous, rigorous 🔎

  • Process-oriented

  • You like to take initiative and want to invest in team projects.

  • You have an excellent command of computer tools (MS office) 💻
