Job description

As a logistics manager, you are a key link in the smooth running of a company that has to manage a large number of goods or information flows. You optimize exchanges and ensure that the company's distribution chain is as efficient as possible.

👉 Your responsibilities:

Coordinate, control the logistical operations of reception, shipping, delivery.
Organize the flow of information between different departments
Manage supply and relay packaging information to carriers
Follow up on orders from suppliers.
Ensure that delivery deadlines are respected . 📆
Implement the logistics performance policy
Control and reduce costs.
Implement and monitor logistics performance indicators, deal with any anomalies or malfunctions. 📊
Propose and implement continuous improvement solutions.
Establish, track and guarantee delivery 👌 quality objectives
Participate in the development and feeding of the strategic flow management project in conjunction with his/her hierarchy.

Profile

Significant experience in logistics management
Experience in team management and coordination of logistics projects.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Team spirit and ability to motivate employees. 🙏
Written and oral communication skills
Fluency in French and Dutch/English is a plus
Meticulous, rigorous 🔎
Process-oriented
You like to take initiative and want to invest in team projects.
You have an excellent command of computer tools (MS office) 💻
