
Executive Customer Service - M/F/X
Job description
As an Executive Customer Service, you will play a vital role in the satisfaction of our customers. You will be responsible for creating a positive customer experience, meeting their needs and supporting them in their requests. You will work closely with the operational and sales teams to ensure clear communication internally and externally.
👉 Responsibilities:
Customer, Order, Project Support : Provide technical follow-up and advanced support for a portfolio of key customers, and effectively resolve their technical issues
Validation of the feasibility of projects and orders with production (capacity, planning), gives precise and qualitative instructions to production for production and ensures compliance with the deadlines agreed with the customer (sufficient merchandise stocks, follow-up of incoming and outgoing goods, quality control, etc.) 📦
Ensures the proper transmission of information between the needs of the customer and those of production
Ensures a fast, correct follow-up of customer requests, commercial follow-up of offers made, as well as invoicing
Ensures customer 👌 satisfaction
Profile
You have at least a first professional experience in a similar Customer Success role,
You are interested in the technical aspects of services and you like business development.
You are customer-oriented with a real desire to find solutions and improve customer satisfaction. 🤗
Written and oral communication skills
Fluency in French, Dutch and English is a plus
Meticulous, rigorous, organized 📝
You like to take initiative and want to invest in projects.
Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
You have an excellent command of computer tools (MS office) 💻
