Job description

Within our Fundraising department (8 people), you will be in charge of the strategy and implementation of the recruitment and retention of our members and donors, as well as the sales of products and services to individuals.  

You report to the Director of Communication & Fundraising and you are responsible for the people in charge of recruitment in the field and the administrative management of members and donors (4 people + students and volunteers). You benefit from the support of the communication department and a fundraising campaign manager.

1. As a person responsible for collecting funds from individuals

  • In line with the Fundraising's general strategy, you will establish the strategy for the recruitment and retention of members and donors, as well as the sales of products and services to individuals

  • You promote and support fundraising across the entire association

  • You imagine and define the budget and the mechanics of actions and campaigns

  • You will coordinate the implementation of these with the support of the communication department and a fundraising campaign manager, focusing on: 

    • Digital 

    • face-to-face recruitment (during our activities and events, but also by organizing stands, with the support of field recruiters and Natagora volunteers)

2. As the team leader in charge of the recruitment and management of members and donors

  • You will contribute to the implementation of a CRM for marketing purposes (in 2025) and to the reflection on the processes of managing members and donors

  • You will conduct operational meetings and individual evaluations of the member and donor service

  • Faced with complex situations and changes, you promote the search for solutions, within your team, but also in a transversal way within the association

Profile

  • Graduate degree or equivalent experience in customer-oriented marketing (BtoC), recruitment campaigns

  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar position, including team management

  • Proven experience in CRM is highly desired

  • Experience in Fundraising in a recognized association is a plus

  • Written and oral fluency in French

  • Working knowledge of English - Dutch is a plus
