B2B Sales Representative
Job description
Oxfam-Magasins du monde develops and imports food and non-food products from various partners in the South and the North. These products are sold in its own network of 63 stores in Brussels and Wallonia, in the network of 200 Oxfam-Wereldwinkels in Flanders, but also to companies or local authorities.
The B2B representative's mission is to develop sales to companies and communities by promoting fair trade, its values, its producer partners, and the unique history of each product.
He/she is part of the external sales team and reports to the head of this department within the Fair Trade and Logistics department.
💼 As a B2B sales representative, you are responsible for:
With the support of the outside sales manager, develop a sales growth strategy for the B2B network (companies, communities, related stores).
Prospect new customers and define the offer that can meet their demand, taking into account the specific constraints of fair trade.
Follow up with existing customers.
Monitor public calls for tenders and respond to them when relevant.
Design and offer sales tools to enhance our B2B offer.
Develop reporting tools to analyze B2B sales results.
In collaboration with customer service and purchasing, help define the assortment that will meet customer needs.
Participate in teamwork, within the department and with other departments, to ensure consistency and fluidity of sales across channels.
Profile
You know and adhere to the project and values of Oxfam-Magasins du monde.
You are enthusiastic about the idea of working professionally in the service of a volunteer movement.
You have a higher education in sales and/or proven experience in a similar position.
You are sensitive to fair trade and want to put your commercial skills at the service of its promotion.
You show creativity, dynamism, enthusiasm.
You are able to work independently and as part of a team.
You are flexible, you have a positive and solution-oriented attitude.
You have a good command of common IT tools, including Webshop and ERP.
You have a good command of Dutch and English.
Travelling in Wallonia and Brussels is an integral part of your job and you like to meet customers.
You have a driver's license. 🚗
