Job description

This evaluation concerns the implementation of the five-year global citizenship and solidarity education programmes implemented respectively by Oxfam-Magasins du monde and Miel Maya Honing (in the process of merging with Frères des Hommes) and co-financed by the Directorate-General for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid. 🌱

📆 The evaluation will have to be carried out between June and December 2025 and aims to evaluate the 2022-2026 "Fair Trade Municipalities" campaign at the halfway point as well as the use of the title by the titled municipalities and the support offered to them. This evaluation has the purpose of accountability, learning and decision-making.

Profile

  • Demonstrate general knowledge of the NGCA sector and in particular NGCA with awareness-raising missions/ECMS;

  • Demonstrate knowledge of local associative dynamics and the functioning of local 🧡 administrations;

  • Demonstrate methodological and practical knowledge of qualitative and comparative evaluation methods;

  • Demonstrate qualitative and quantitative data analysis skills;

  • Demonstrate good communication skills, both oral and written 📣;

  • Demonstrate total independence from Oxfam-Magasins du monde (no involvement, either professionally or personally, in OMDM's activities and bodies);

  • Demonstrate ethics (duty of discretion and respect for data confidentiality)
