✨ Your missions
You are part of the direct team of the implementation manager. This team is made up of trainers, a workshop manager, bike mechanics, reception officers and project managers. 🚴♀️
In this context, you are in charge of the daily management of the team of trainers in Walloon Brabant, composed of 2 people. You will ensure the proper coordination and implementation of the projects carried out by your team and their individual follow-up in the field. In collaboration with the HR department, the implementation manager and the School Saddle Up Program Manager, you are in charge of the well-being and personal development of your team of trainers.
You actively participate in the creation, implementation and development of local projects for adult riding (e.g. solidarity bikes) and school riding (e.g. cycling objectives).
You will ensure the admin/end management of your team and report regularly.
You carry out field missions that allow you to stay connected to the reality of the trainers' work.
👉 Your tasks
In collaboration with the Implementation Manager and the Program Manager, the Coordinator performs the following tasks:
Field training (3 days/week)
You provide cycling training to different adult and child audiences (schools, citizens, associations and companies). Between 50 and 100 days/year depending on the size of your team.
You will be in charge of creating, developing and monitoring projects with partner organisations (schools, municipalities, associations, etc.).
You bring cycling expertise to the partnerships set up.
You will ensure the preparation of the training content by adapting it to the audience and to the evolution of techniques.
Coordination (2 days/week)
🤝 Team Management
Guarantor of cohesion and collective dynamics. Organization of team meetings (1x/month): define its content, its animation and define the actions to follow.
Individual follow-up of trainers (function, well-being, projects) through bilateral meetings and regular field visits.
Preparation and active presence in the annual evaluation/development interviews of trainers.
Participation in trainer recruitment interviews, with the Implementation Manager, HR and/or the Program Manager and integration and follow-up of new trainers (training paths, internal tools and procedures, etc.).
With the implementation manager, development of your team's collaboration with the colleagues of the implementation.
Coordination of planning and arbitration in the distribution of tasks between trainers.
Reporting of team activities and work done at the provincial level.
🚀 Project management and development of the department
Active participation in the construction of the strategy of the Educ department (national) with the regional committee.
Translate the strategy of the (national) Educ department into concrete projects in Wallonia in partnership with your colleagues and managers
Regular meetings with the implementation manager, the adult saddle up project manager, and the School Saddle Up Program Manager in order to carry out adult saddle projects (35%), school projects (65%) and define together the common projects to keep, develop or create at the provincial level.
Ensure the implementation of these projects with the team of trainers and the other coordinators (definition of the objective and retroplanning, monitoring of the budget, sharing of good practice with the other provincial teams).
📝 Admin/end management
Administrative and financial management of his team (reporting, activity report, etc.)
Follow-up of agreements with partner municipalities (elaboration-monitoring-invoicing-reporting).
Follow-up of price offers and purchase orders.
Profile
You have proven experience in the field of training and pedagogy. You have the ability to implement a differentiated pedagogy (individualized and/or group training) and for different audiences (adults/children).
You have a first experience in team management.
Your listening and diplomatic communication allow you to give feedback naturally and make you a good coach. 👌
Your interpersonal skills allow you to develop cohesion within the Educ team and to position yourself as a mediator in conflict situations.
You have experience in project management.
You are able to unite a team and support it in the change.
You have experience with participatory dynamics, and you are familiar with collective intelligence methods.
Your assertiveness makes you capable of making decisions for the good of the team.
You are able to manage your work independently.
Enthusiastic, optimistic and open to change. ✨
You have a good knowledge of the world of cycling (techniques, politics, awareness).

A full-time or 4/5th permanent contract from the beginning of July.
A gross monthly salary between 2992 euros and 3427 euros (full-time salary) depending on the seniority recognized in a similar position.
