Job description
Your main role will be to lead and ensure the smooth running of the production process of our beverages with our brewers.
As the right-hand man of our production manager, you will work together:
Brew, ferment and pack
Develop production, staffing, and logistics schedules
Ensuring the efficiency, quality and safety of production spaces
Manage raw material inventory, including machinery, and finished goods to ensure business continuity
Are a driving force for process improvement

Profile
We are looking for a Proactive FR Intern to join our production team.
Duration : minimum 1 consecutive month; Minimum 2 days per week of physical presence at the brewery
