Job description
You will be part of a team of 3 meeting coordinators and one operational leader embodying the heart and soul of Sparks and endorsing the full ownership of the day-to day operations. Rather than simply a problem-solver, we are part of the crew. we make our guests feel like we're on the same team. That can mean providing advice, offering encouragement along the way, or simply making sure everyone is sufficiently caffeinated. We're not just facilitators; we're part of the process and we have fun doing it!
Responsibilities
Advising and assisting our guests into their meeting journey
Ensuring outstanding customer service and work environment on a day to daily basis
Preparing and ensuring state of the art meeting room setups
Hosting and coordinating our guest's gatherings to the smallest details
Managing the IT and AV coordination
Sales support in collaboration with business Managers
Profile
Ideally, fluent in Dutch, French and English
Social and human oriented
Strong verbal communication skills
Spirit of service
Team spirit
Ability to work independently
