As a Sales Account Manager , your tasks are as follows:

  • You are responsible for managing all incoming booking requests.

  • Your goal is to improve the lead conversion rate by using the right value proposition and optimizing the sales funnel process and steps to create the most effective and qualitative user experience.

  • You develop long-term relationships with customers and oversee sales.

  • As a customer account manager, you strive to satisfy customer needs and requests and answer their questions in a timely manner.

  • As a commercial account manager, you contribute to the day-to-day operational organization. You work closely with the operations team to ensure that customer needs are managed.

Profile

  • An intrinsic desire to meet your customers' expectations.

  • You have a degree (BA/BSc) or equivalent.

  • Experience in a start-up or established business is an asset.

  • Relevant experience in the hospitality industry and customer relationship management (CRM) software.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written).

  • Ideally, you are fluent in English and Dutch.

Conduct of interviews
