Project Manager - Digitalization & Impact

StartLab.Brussels is looking for a Digitalisation & Impact Project Manager to lead a large-scale project funded by the ERDF and structure its implementation. If you have a solid background in project management, an appetite for digital tools and are interested in entrepreneurship, this position is for you! 🤩

This role is at the crossroads of innovation, digital and entrepreneurship, with a strong focus on project management and IT.

✨ CONTEXT:

StartLab Brussels has recently obtained ERDF funding as part of the call for projects "Strengthening the sustainable growth and competitiveness of SMEs". Thanks to this funding, we are consolidating the "LAUNCH" part of our support in order to help young entrepreneurs sustain their project and grow faster.

The programme aims to meet 3 key objectives:

• Promote the creation of SMEs by strengthening the viability of projects.

• Increase employment in SMEs by structuring their growth.

• Encourage the green transition of SMEs by integrating sustainable strategies into their business models.

It will be based on five key modules, inspiration evenings , group and individual coaching, as well as monthly expert hours. It is aimed at SMEs in the start-up phase, and more specifically at young entrepreneurs wishing to maximize their potential through digital technology and sustainability

💼 YOUR MISSION:

Manage the technical and organizational aspects of the "BOOSTLAB" project within the framework of our ERDF call for projects, ensuring the implementation and coordination of digitalization activities, the development of monitoring and reporting tools. This role is carried out in close collaboration with the Startlab team, mainly a program manager, a marketeer and an admin.

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Digitization 💻 & Tool Management

• Ensure the migration to a new management platform or coordinate the necessary development of the existing platform to better meet internal needs.

• Optimize the various data storage and management tools (Cloud, Notion, Wikiflow,...) to ensure efficient operations and relevant information.

• Implement and document data collection and reporting processes for funders.

• Ensure data quality and reliability by analyzing and correcting errors to obtain accurate statistics.

• Be the point of contact for all questions related to digital tools and the monitoring of internal processes.

2. Coordination of the ERDF 🤝 Programme

• Oversee the implementation of the "Boostlab" project as the senior project manager.

• Develop online modules to support entrepreneurs in the LAUNCH program:

  • Content structuring and technical design (with the support of the Marketeer).

  • Integration of content on the digital platform.

  • Post-launch adjustments, collection of user feedback and continuous improvement.

3. Reporting & Strategy 📊

• Write and prepare deliverables and follow up on ERDF reports, in collaboration with the admin.

• Plan and structure the project roadmap in order to maximize our impact and create maximum added value for our entrepreneurs.

• Experience in digital project management, ideally in a context of incubation, innovation or public funding (e.g. ERDF).

• Good knowledge of digital tools and mastery of data management tools (mastery of Notion and Wikiflow is a plus).

• Master's degree or equivalent 🎓

• Strong analytical skills to ensure data quality and action.

• Ability to structure and optimize internal processes related to data collection and reporting.

• Excellent communication skills and coordination of multidisciplinary teams. 📣

• Spirit of initiative, autonomy and rigor in the follow-up of deliverables.

• Languages: English and French and/or Dutch.
