Today, we are looking for an Operations co-worker to join the Customer Services team in Brussels on a full-time contract for an indefinite period. ✨

You will join a team of 7 employees and take over the following tasks:

  • You are responsible for opening the accounts of our Business and Retail customers.

  • You update our customer data and accounts.

  • You manage incoming mail and emails, and ensure that customers and other departments receive a response on time.

  • You work together with the sales teams to best serve our customers.
