Today, we are looking for an Operations co-worker to join the Customer Services team in Brussels on a full-time contract for an indefinite period. ✨
You will join a team of 7 employees and take over the following tasks:
You are responsible for opening the accounts of our Business and Retail customers.
You update our customer data and accounts.
You manage incoming mail and emails, and ensure that customers and other departments receive a response on time.
You work together with the sales teams to best serve our customers.
