Then you could be our new Content as a community specialist (80% - 100% )! An inspiring colleague with the talent to captivate people and activate them with stories.

Your main tasks:

Create creative, inspiring and brand-wide content for our own channels (triodos.be) and social media (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and YouTube), tailored to our target audience. To do this, you will look at topics that are important to Triodos, such as a fair real estate market or organic food.
Translating our entrepreneurs' communication plans into attractive editorial content for our channels: from e-zine to podcast, from video to articles. Editorially shape our campaigns for entrepreneurs.

Develop the strategy and planning of our social channels. How can we increase our reach and engagement across our channels, both paid and organic? Develop the strategy with the digital and campaign team, determine the goals and propagate them. Analyze, test and report periodically and make adjustments as necessary.
Proactively monitor reactions to our editorial content in collaboration with webcare and ensure a safe and positive online environment. You know what's going on and you interact with our community. In the long term, expand our activities in the field of social listening by actively engaging with entrepreneurs and change agents who want to make an impact.

Think along with us about our entire content strategy and content calendar and translate them into the new platform that will be launched, among other things.

The team

As a content specialist, you will work in the content team, together with two other colleagues and a manager.

The Content team is part of the Marketing team with a total of 22 employees. Together, we are ensuring that more and more people know how to find Triodos as a more sustainable alternative for saving, investing, taking out a mortgage or taking out a business loan.

The Content team designs and writes inspiring content for newsletters, the website and of course social media, where you are responsible for the content for our sustainable entrepreneurs. To create this content, you'll spend about half of your time working on the company's marketing team.

Profile

Profile:

Good knowledge of French and English
At least a relevant comprehensive education at bachelor's or master's level
At least three years of professional experience in the marketing communications business
Clear vision and expertise in setting up a content strategy and creating conversion-oriented content for social media and our other channels
Affinity with sustainable entrepreneurs and Triodos Bank's mission

You are an inspiring Content and Community Specialist with a strong affinity for sustainable entrepreneurship.
You know what's going on in the media and in our community and you know how to respond to it.
You'll also be excited to connect and activate our community of sustainable entrepreneurs with your content.
You are proactive, strategically strong, approach people easily, and keep the marketing team on their toes by sharing what's going on and giving solicited and unsolicited advice on content and social media usage in particular.
You are aware of the latest developments in your field and follow relevant blogs.
Plus, you're creative: your content toolbox contains more than just text.
