Job description
We are looking for a Draftsman to join our Technical Department. You will be responsible for various essential tasks to ensure the proper functioning and updating of our technical installations.
Your main missions:
Survey and measurement: You will carry out precise measurements and measurements of existing technical installations and finishes. You will ensure that the plans and database of our Drawing Room are continuously updated.
Renovation and maintenance projects: You will develop and update plans and measurements for our renovation and maintenance projects, respecting the standards in force at the Clinics and within our Technical Department.
Compliance: You will adhere to established procedures and work instructions.
Your activities:
Maintenance: Carry out surveys and measurements of technical installations on site. Update plans and database to keep track of projects and maintenance work.
Technical: Work on electrical, HVAC, sanitary installations, as well as on finishes.
Projects and works: Produce plans, diagrams, schedules and measurements for project studies. Manage small work projects, such as the renovation of premises, including contact with requesting departments, on-site surveys, the establishment of quotes and schedules, the drafting of specifications, the placing of orders and the monitoring of works.
Management of the IT tool: Use the libraries, standards and archiving procedures in force within the department to guarantee optimal project management.
Profile
Education and experience :
Diploma in special techniques draughtsman, level A2, or bachelor's degree in electromechanics, or equivalent through experience in a hospital environment or in the tertiary sector.
5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position.
Technical skills :
Proficient in Autocad, MS Office, Revit, MS Project.
Strong attention to detail and technical precision.
Rigour in the establishment of quantity surveys.
Knowledge of BIM is a plus.
Personal qualities :
Ability to work in a team environment in a landscaped environment.
Good communication skills with requesting departments and collaborators involved in a project.
