Job description

As an administrative secretary for the occupational therapy and physiotherapy sector, you are in charge of:

  • Keeping administrative documents up to date (INAMI applications and returns, sector meetings,...)

  • Centralization of scientific activities

  • Monitoring of sector dashboards

  • Drafting of documents (updating of procedures, newsletter, internship grids, website,...)

  • STP pre-encoding

Profile

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in secretarial work

  • You are proficient in secretarial techniques and common computer tools

  • You are proficient in typing and have a varied knowledge of medical terminology

  • Your spelling is impeccable

  • Knowledge of EPIC (hospital software for clinics) is an asset

  • You have teamwork, organisational, adaptable and anticipatory skills

  • You know how to work within a large multidisciplinary team
