Senior Analyst-Programmer (M/F/X)

As a Senior Analyst-Programmer, you will be responsible for analyzing needs and translating them into effective IT solutions. You will work on the configuration and adaptation of existing applications, as well as the creation of new applications and interfaces. You will also be responsible for testing and maintaining the solutions developed.

 Your key responsibilities and activities:

• Investigate and specify requests from users or project managers.

• Analyze data and flows.

• Create prototypes.

• Program and/or configure computer interfaces or applications.

• Build databases if necessary.

• Provide technical support for interfaces and applications (possible participation in a home care role).

• Apply the changes planned by the suppliers in partnership with the application referents (installations generally outside working days and hours).

• Write and carry out test scenarios.

• Perform maintenance of developed solutions.

• Train users and provide technical support.

• Write technical instructions and installation guides.

Opening hours (+ possible weekend): 

• 38 hours per week

• Floating schedule: arrival between 7 am and 10 am, departure between 4 pm and 6 pm.

• Exceptionally, it may be requested to work on weekends or outside the usual hours, with recovery. 

Qualifications:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, or have an equivalent by experience.

• You have held a similar position for at least 3 years, ideally in an environment comparable to that of Saint-Luc.

• You master the technologies used at Saint-Luc: Java, JavaScript, Angular, SQL (Sybase, Oracle, MS SQL Server), microservices, HL7, web services, XML, HTML.

• You are familiar with a project management method (asset: Prince2), an agile methodology (asset: Scrum) and the ITIL methodology (operational part).

• You are fluent in written and oral English (level B2: ability to communicate easily with various interlocutors).

Technical skills:

• You are able to organize your work and respect priorities.

• You have the ability to create analysis schemes.

• You can make technological and/or data organization choices.

• You are able to search for the necessary resources, if necessary.

• You will write documentation and procedures for support departments and users.

• You estimate the time needed for each mission entrusted to you.
