Your missions?
Managing remuneration : from special services to regularisations, including salary simulations.
You also make sure that everything runs smoothly in terms of contractual updates and post-payroll activities, all in compliance with social laws.

Specificities of the position:
Part-time permanent contract (80%)
After 6 months, you will be able to work from home, except on Tuesdays, which we reserve to strengthen our team cohesion.
During the payroll closing period (about 3 days), the team is fully mobilized, which means pausing leave to ensure a well-orchestrated work.
The pace of work is dynamic, reflecting the activity of our company and the number of employees, which will allow you to fully develop your skills.
Profile
Qualifications and experience required:
You have a bachelor's degree in law, HR, accounting or equivalent, or another degree with positive experience in the field of compensation.
You have 2 to 3 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in the human resources administration of a large institution.
Essential skills:
You have a perfect command of French, both orally and in writing.
You are comfortable with the MS Office suite and HR and planning software (X-tend and StaffPlanner).
You have an excellent sense of communication, hospitality and service, with a strong customer focus.
You are discreet, focused and analytical.
You keep calm and efficient even under pressure, and know how to handle the unexpected with confidence.
You rigorously apply the institutional confidentiality rules.
You are organized, rigorous and precise, with particular attention to detail.
You appreciate teamwork.
