Job description

The Relais Santé is a new local support structure developed by Partenamut. Its mission is to guide people in their health, facilitate access to health services and propose preventive actions. The support is holistic and personalized, adapted to the needs of people, especially the most vulnerable.  Through a proactive and preventive approach, we work for comprehensive care, by offering tailor-made solutions to reconnect members to the worlds of health, mental and social well-being, while promoting local follow-up. 

As a Team Leader of the Health Relay & Partner Services, you will play a key role in the development and management of the Health Relays in Wallonia and Brussels, supervising a multidisciplinary team while ensuring the development of the activity, the optimisation of the services offered, the search for partnerships and the satisfaction of our members. Your mission will also be to ensure the proper functioning of two networks of partners important to the quality of life of our members, non-emergency transportation and convalescent services.

👉 On a daily basis:

📈 Business development

  •  Bring to life the development strategy of the Health Relays to increase the impact on the quality of life of our members and their visibility. 

  • Actively develop the portfolio of local partners (associations, companies, local authorities, private doctors, foundations). You will be a real ambassador for the structure, in the field, to promote our services.  

  • Work closely with local stakeholders to organize health-related events , awareness campaigns, and strengthen the awareness and added value of the Health Relay for our members. 

  • Closely monitor local trends and needs to adapt and create support and service offers that meet the specific needs of the population. 

  • Define the key indicators to manage activities in the short and medium term. Monitor these performance indicators (number of appointments, number of spontaneous entries to the Relay, member satisfaction, impact on quality  of life, etc.) and implement corrective actions if necessary. 

  • Ensure the follow-up and development of the Non-Urgent Transport service and the Convalescence service in coordination with the project managers.  

🤝 Team management and coordination of services : 

  • Supervise a team of occupational therapists, nurses, health and social advisors. 

  • Ensure the distribution of tasks and good coordination between team members to ensure smooth operation and optimal care of members. 

  • Foster a collaborative and efficiency-oriented work environment : encourage initiatives, organize and facilitate regular team meetings, coach the team to achieve objectives, share best practices and be present to solve operational problems in real time. 

  • Ensure the continuous training and skills development of team members. 

Member relationship and quality of service : 

  • Guarantee a quality welcome for members and ensure their satisfaction throughout their support journey. 

  • Listen to member feedback and implement continuous improvements to improve their experience. 

  • Supervise administrative management (appointment scheduling, management of member files, etc.) in order to streamline processes and minimize wait times. 

💼 Administrative and financial management : 

  • Monitor the relay's operating budget and ensure rigorous management of resources (material, human, financial). 

  • Collaborate with management to develop budget forecasts and identify investment needs. 

  • Ensure compliance with current regulations in the field of health (safety, hygiene, compliance with the GDPR).

Profile

  • You have a degree in the field of health management, medical services or a related field (e.g. Master's degree in health facility management, public health, etc.) 🎓

  • You have proven experience in business development and/or demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, as well as at least 2 years of experience in team management in the healthcare sector or a similar field.

  • You know how to federate a multidisciplinary team and create a positive work dynamic.

  • You have proven experience in the management and development of activities or services.

  • You are flexible, dynamic and mobile between Liège, Brussels and Wallonia. 🚗

  • You have the ability to monitor performance indicators, manage schedules and optimize available resources.

  • You are able to manage relationships with members, local partners and the internal team.

  • You are comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
