The Therapeutic Center for Adolescents (CThA) offers a benevolent alternative to traditional psychiatric hospitalization. We welcome 14 young people aged 14 to 21 for 6 months of care (extendable up to 3 months depending on needs), in order to support them in the face of their psychological and relational difficulties.
👩 ⚕️ Your mission as a socio-therapeutic worker at the CThA :
✨ Guarantee the community life of adolescents by creating a reassuring and structuring environment.
✨ Participate in family interviews to support young people in their journey.
✨ Design and facilitate workshops adapted to the needs of teenagers.
✨ Implement actions in line with the therapeutic project.

Specificity of the position:
2 positions to be filled:
100% CDR of at least 6 months with possibility of extension
Fixed-term contract from 28 April 2025 to 27 October 2025 (6 months) at 100% (with possibility of permanent contract)
Schedule:
Evenings, nights and days alternating over a week and 5 weekends per year.
Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required
You have a socially oriented diploma, preferably a bachelor's degree in nursing or social work
Experience with a teenage audience is an asset.

Ability to exercise benevolent authority in the context of the transgenerational relationship.
