Located in the central hall of the Clinics, Chou Vert et Vert Chou is a welcoming sandwich shop that offers fast and quality food to patients, companions, visitors and staff members.
Every day, we serve a wide selection of pastries, hot snacks, fresh salads, generous sandwiches and a variety of drinks, in a dynamic and friendly setting.
🚀 Your mission: a key role at the heart of the action!
As Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the sandwich shop and ensure the quality of service in an environment where responsiveness and organisation are essential.
🎯 Your main responsibilities:
Manage daily operations : organization of tasks, management of absences, reorganization of positions, monitoring of equipment and anticipation of unforeseen events.
Guarantee a quality service : compliance with procedures, control of internal orders and monitoring of the completion of the work.
Train and support the team : integration and training of new employees in the field
Ensure compliance with standards : application of hygiene and food safety rules.
Optimize operations : propose improvements to streamline the organization and customer experience.
Ensure good communication : transmission of key information and maintenance of a good team spirit.
Profile
📚 Qualifications and experience required
Experience in Horeca/communities
Experience in team management
Fluency with computer tools (e.g. encoding, placing orders, etc.)

🕒 Weekdays : alternation between 6:30 am - 3:06 pm and 8:24 am - 5 pm and weekends (if applicable): alternating between 8:00 am - 4:36 pm and 7:24 am - 5 pm
