Job description

The Public Centre for Social Action of Woluwe-Saint-Lambert is recruiting afull-time Integration and Prospecting Officer (m/f/x) under a full-time replacement contract, at the B1 scale of the civil service, with an entry into office on 10 February 2025 for theSocio-Professional Integration Department of the Department of Social Action.

The role of this service is to lead users by the most direct route to sustainable and quality employment. 🌱 This support includes the development of a professional project that takes into account the skills and professional experience of each person, as well as the realities of the job market.

To do this, the integration and prospecting agent will be required to carry out the following tasks:

Identify profiles and organize the pre-selection of beneficiaries for available offers;
Organize quarterly evaluations and, if necessary, mediation with users and external partners;
Encourage the mobilization of beneficiaries;
Propose to the Special Committees of Social Service that the costs necessary to carry out integration pathways be covered;
Organize communication between external partners and colleagues ;
Feed our Partner database : updated contact details, available job offers, etc. 💻

Profile

📝 Conditions of participation in the recruitment :

Hold a bachelor's degree.

🤗 Behavioural skills:

Be user-oriented ;
Demonstrate clear oral and written communication;
Have good organizational skills, be rigorous and persevering ;
Have a good ability to adapt.

💼 Technical skills:

Have knowledge of the network that acts in terms of training and employment ;
Knowing how to cooperate with a public that is far from the job market and the obstacles inherent in this situation;
Basic knowledge of computer tools;
Fluency in French and Dutch is a plus.

✨ Assets :

Have proven experience in a CPAS within a Professional Integration Service;
Have knowledge of Dutch and be in possession of the Selor language certificate, corresponding to your level of function.
