Job description

Wolu-Facilities is recruiting a Recruitment Manager (m/f/x) on a permanent contract, 80%, with a start date in February, for its Human Resources Department.

👉 Your mission:

As a recruitment manager, you will play a key role in the attractiveness of our institution by managing recruitment for all departments. You will participate in the definition of recruitment needs and the selection of talents who will join our team.

👋 What you will do on a daily basis:

Management of the recruitment process:

  • Writing and distribution of job offers : You will write attractive recruitment advertisements, in accordance with the needs of the departments, specifying the missions, skills and conditions of the positions to be filled.

  • Coordination of the recruitment process : You will plan the stages of the recruitment with the managers, taking into account deadlines and priorities. You will be responsible for following up on applications, screening resumes, arranging interviews, and managing written tests if necessary.

  • Evaluation of applications : You will ensure the screening of applications, identifying the profiles best suited to the requirements of the positions. You will actively participate in interviews and tests to assess candidates' skills.

  • Collaboration with the HR team : You will work closely with HR team members and the department director to ensure a smooth and transparent process, while contributing to team meetings and ongoing HR projects.

  • Follow-up of distribution channels : You will optimize the distribution channels of offers and ensure the quality of the applications received, alerting management in case of need for adjustments or changes in strategy.

  • Drafting of recruitment reports : You will write recruitment reports for selected candidates, ensuring their presentation to decision-making bodies and ensuring the compliance of recruitment files.

Administrative management:

  • You will be responsible for compiling the recruitment files of the selected candidates, ensuring the compliance of the documents before they are sent to the administrative and financial management team.

Profile

🔎 What we are looking for:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree (preferably in human resources, psychology or similar field), giving access to level B of Brussels local public administrations.

  • Experience : A first relevant experience in the field of recruitment of at least two years.

  • Knowledge : Knowledge of social legislation.

  • Language skills: You have a perfect command of French, both oral and written. Knowledge of written Dutch is a plus.

  • Process management skills : You are organized and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

💻 Your skills in action:

  • Excellent communication skills : You know how to write clear and engaging offers and are comfortable interacting with candidates and department heads.

  • Proficiency in office tools : You are comfortable with Microsoft Office and have experience with applicant management tools and recruitment platforms.

  • Project management : You know how to organize, plan and meet strict deadlines to ensure that recruitments run smoothly.

  • Skills assessment : You have experience in conducting recruitment interviews and assessing candidates' behavioural and technical skills.

  • Sense of initiative : You are proactive and able to propose solutions or improvements in the recruitment process.
