Job description

To strengthen our team and support growth, we are looking for an Accounting, HR & Admin Coordinator. Reporting directly to our CEO, his mission is to ensure the proper day-to-day management of eFarmz's accounting as well as the processing of invoices and payments. He/She is also responsible for the administrative management of Human Resources.

The position is based in Anderlecht. This is a full-time permanent contract (part time can be discussed). 🚀

The main missions:

  • You are the point of contact for eFarmz's accounting, in collaboration with an external accounting office and an independent financial controller.

  • You will carry out the accounting encoding (purchasing, financial, OD).

  • You will manage and pay supplier invoices without delay.

  • You guarantee the follow-up of customer invoices.

  • You extract the financial reports and analyses necessary for management.

  • You will be responsible for the administrative follow-up of human resources : new employee contracts, service monitoring and administrative procedures in collaboration with the social secretariat.

Profile

  • You have relevant experience in accounting. Minimum 3 years in a fiduciary, an accounting or auditing office or a similar position in an SME in Belgium.

  • You have a thorough command of Excel. Experience with Horus is a plus

  • Autonomous and hands-on

  • Rigorous, detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational and execution skills

  • Proactive, problem solver, results-oriented: you get things done

  • Strong involvement, able to work on different projects in parallel

  • Empathetic, you like to work in a team

  • And of course you have an affinity for sustainable food and local and organic 🌱 products
