Thanks to our e-commerce site, we deliver a wide range of organic and/or artisanal products as well as meal boxes from local farms and artisans.
eFarmz is growing at a crazy speed in Belgium, so we are looking for support to grow and make the consumption of healthy, sustainable, local products accessible to a greater number... and delicious!
JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer experience is the key to success at eFarmz. There are more and more customers, so it's very important to make sure that everyone has the best experience possible! Your main mission will be to help with the day-to-day management of customer service and delivery, with the ultimate goal of improving customer satisfaction and retention.
Your position will therefore have two hats.
On the one hand, supervised by the Customer Service Manager, you will be required to:
● Respond to customer messages and queries faster than lightning and with care
● Advise and support them, before, during and after the purchase, offering them a friendly and personalized service, both in writing and by phone
● Anticipate and solve their problems, and ensure that they are satisfied with the solution provided
● Provide internal feedback to co-construct solutions to the problems encountered with the operational team
● Work on the efficiency of customer service (improvement of internal processes, optimization of our Intercom software)
On the other hand, supervised by the Delivery Manager, you will also be required to:
● Follow up on customer requests related to deliveries (respond to customer messages regarding deliveries and deal with issues related to them)
● Work hand in hand with the Delivery Manager in delivery improvement and sustainable delivery development projects at eFarmz
What you need to know: your position is the one you will build! We are a small company with 1000 ideas per second and a lot of projects to set up and so if you want to have a direct impact on the development of eFarmz, this is the right place! 🙂

Profile
● You have impeccable spelling in French and you are fluent in Dutch
● You have a graduate degree in management, humanities or economics
● You are empathetic and enjoy guiding customers verbally and in writing
● You are réactif.ve, have a good analytical mind and quickly find solutions to the problems you encounter
● You are resourceful and you are not afraid to get your hands dirty
● You are organized and rigoureux.se: you like it when things are done well
● You want to have responsibilities in a fast-growing start-up
● And of course, you love to eat!
