Job description
For the General Management, Coordination & Project Management Department, IRIS Sud Hospitals is looking for a Project Manager (m/f/x) on a full-time permanent contract.

Reporting to the General Management and in close collaboration with the Medical Department, the Project Coordination and Management department is responsible for supporting the hospital in the realization of its vision and the deployment of its activity. He contributes to this through the implementation of strategic projects, change management and the definition of underlying processes.
Integrated into a dynamic, innovative and mobile team, the Project Manager actively participates in the transformation of the hospital through the implementation of cross-functional projects. As a Project Manager, you manage these projects from start to finish, carry out the necessary analyses and support the teams concerned. You will work in close collaboration with the actors in the field from all the hospital's departments, both medical, nursing and administrative. You will be required to travel to the 4 sites.
What does the job consist of?
As a Project Manager, you are responsible for projects that can touch on all areas of the hospital (organization and processes, business development, hospital programming and needs study, technological solutions, logistics, patient experience, etc.). You will bring together multidisciplinary teams from different departments on strategic and cross-functional projects to reorganise, develop and improve the user experience or the quality of services for all hospital functions. You will be a driver of change.
Under the responsibility of the Head of the Project Coordination and Management Department, you will be required to:
📝 Coordinate the implementation of projects according to the orientations decided with the sponsor and the steering committee;
Framework : define, in agreement with the stakeholders, the scope, approach, action plan/planning and budget of the project and support the sponsor in the validation of the project mandate;
Manage : ensure the general monitoring of the project, the supervision of the team and business experts, ensure compliance with the business case, identify the risks and constraints associated with the projects, analyze them and propose the actions necessary to deal with them;
Accompany : in close collaboration with all the hospital's business experts, ensure that the objectives of the projects are in line with the realities on the ground, explain the necessary transformations, support the change in the field and support the team leaders (advise and motivate);
Communicate : ensure change management and reporting of the project to decision-making bodies.
📊 Lead and participate in the analyses necessary for the realization of projects :
Identify the needs of the field : organization/governance, processes, equipment, etc. ;
Define and document the target solutions, the gap with the existing and the transition plan to these solutions ;
Propose improvements to correct process malfunctions or improve operations.
🏥 Take part in the development of the hospital's maturity:
Support the institutional dynamic of standardization and continuous improvement of processes ;
Contribute to the development of the project culture and provide methodological support to the field teams.
Profile
🤩 How about we talk about you ?
You have a master's degree (e.g . public health sciences, management, economics, management of healthcare institutions,...) and are in possession of training/certification in project management (e.g . Prince2, Agile) and/or change management (e.g . Prosci ADKAR) and/or process management or modeling (e.g . OCEB2, BPMN).
You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a project management or management position in the healthcare sector;
Experience in the management of multidisciplinary projects in a hospital environment (or other comparable sector in terms of complexity) is a significant asset;
You can bring experience to the table, process design;
You have a professional mastery of computer tools (MS Office);
You have a good knowledge of the second national language.
