Kalani is a brand and e-commerce (www.kalani-home.com) of household linen, in certified organic and Fairtrade cotton, of high quality at low prices. Kalani is committed to making high-end household linen produced ethically and ecologically accessible to the majority of people, by shaking up the market with a strategy of direct sales via its own e-shop and with price transparency that is unique in the world. Kalani is a young Belgian scale-up that already sells in more than 12 European countries and has a very high potential for development.
The main missions:
You are the first point of contact for marketing partners (current and future)
E-commerce CRM management
Possible implementation and management of e-mail automation
Management of SEA (GoogleAds) and SEO
Monthly update of the Business and Digital Marketing dashboards
Research and implementation of new Marketing partnerships to increase Kalani's awareness
Participation in B2B development with partners
Sharing of responsibilities in Communication with the agency: creation of text and visual content (Newsletters, blog articles, videos for social networks) and co-management of influencers
Participation in photo-shoots (if it fits with the dates)
Occasional participation in events (if it fits with the dates)
Customer Service back-up in the afternoons and during the Customer Care Officer's absences
You are committed to instilling the values and sustainability commitments of the company and the brand in the partners
You will participate in the daily and operational life of the scale-up
Profile
Attraction for sustainable development and ecology, desire to evolve within a committed 🌱 brand
Excellent oral and written command of English and French (bilingual). Intermediate/good Dutch is desired
Autonomous and flexible
Ease with the usual computer tools (emails, Word, Excel, etc.) and be able to adapt to the use of CRM and e-commerce CMS software. Knowledge of Canva and CapCut is a plus
Experience in Digital Marketing and/or Communication are assets
